We will not put our name to another contractor’s installation or existing work we have not completed. Tell us at quotation stage what the principal contractor, building manager or handover team expects—such as photographs, labels, location references or completion records—so the evidence is agreed before work starts.

FIRAS approval does not mean we can retrospectively sign off work completed by somebody else.
